Refund policy
If there is an issue with your order please contact me within 7 days of delivery.

Unfortunately, I don't accept returns for a change of mind.
Gift Cards, Sale Items, and Custom Pieces are also non-refundable.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or wrong so that I can rectify the issue as soon as possible. Please do so within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please do not send items back without first contacting me.
Twisted Treasure will not be held accountable for courier negligence including delays, damages, and lost parcels. However, in these cases, I will work with you and the post-service (NZ Post) to rectify the issue.
To minimize the risk of a parcel being lost, I encourage customers to double-check that they have entered the correct address during checkout.
