Shipping policy

I aim to ship all orders in 1-3 business days.

I carefully package each piece and aim to be as sustainable as possible, polishing cloths are in plastic as this is how I receive them. However, sometimes I will send pieces out in pre-used packaging including bubble wrap in an effort to be more sustainable. 

All Domestic orders are sent tracked via NZ Post. A tracking link will be sent to you, please allow 48 hours for tracking information to be updated.

Shipping to Australia is Economy Tracked:

under 500g is $20NZD

500g - 1kg is $30NZD

Your order should take 6-10 days to arrive, however it may take longer if held at the border.

Shipping to the United Kingdom is Economy Tracked $28NZD

Can I track my order?

Yes, all orders come with a tracking number, which you will receive in an email once your order has been dispatched.

Will I have to pay taxes and duties?

It’s important to note that once you order reaches its final destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which the customer pays. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

What if my item arrives damaged or is lost in transit?

All items are sent tracked, which includes cover for damage or loss. Please note, we are not responsible for stolen packages or any address and order errors made by the customer. Please contact me within 7 days if your pieces arrive damaged.
